Guys, Hang Seng is sinking again. KOSPI too. Will they drag down Tokyo tonight? Hmm.

Well, the vote's tomorrow. Rich, if the vote goes against mgmt, there's your chance for a sector play. Let NETC drop below $20 again and go long for the auction. On top of that, ICGX should take a short covering pop, but then come back down as people realize how good a deal they *almost* had.

But then, I'm probably dreaming. When was the last time you saw shareholders vote down a "friendly" deal?
