It is funny re the degree to which folks cannot do mathematics. In the meantime I just got done w/ wine & cheese get-together at a law firm and got confirmation that HK is the domain of choice for substantive-business Homebase / tax-home for the migrating companies, and for the bit of money they pay in terms of office rent / ownership, they save soooo much on taxes. Just wonderful. Time to do 2nd industrial real estate club, per chaos is a gift, crisis a partner, volatility friend, lonely path right way, survive to fight another day.
