I don't think it's strange at all. It really is none of our business.

Even Teresa Heinz Kerry was reluctant to release her tax returns in 2004. She only gave in after enormous pressure, and that turned out to be a big nothingburger.

So far, every indication points to Trump's tax returns turning out the same way. Rachel Maddow figured that out when she had her big "expose," and so did the NYTimes.

The only thing strange about this tax return nonsense is how desperate the Dems have become. On second thought, maybe that isn't so strange after all.
