RE: short the stock... unless the flavoured news reports we'll see tomorrow push the stock down a bit, I think this thing has tanked. From what I hear, the analysts were not surprised, and the new beancounter did not show us any new surprises. The news stories could only be about what has passed, and not any current concerns. Product seems to be selling.... my rusty-magic-ball guess is a profit for Q1 and Q2, and a resultant higher stock price. Two-whatever to 4-6$ doesn't sound too bad to me :) Why would a bean-counter from a brokerage house join a Co. if he wasn't going to make some quick cash on his stock options? Gotta be the ultimate insider play! The law suits are noise IMHO. x-fingers-rose-coloured-glasses Pete PS- Leo, what did you mean by "accumulate"?
