Jim, SKM may take some time to make a big move. It has started to lag Korean market. Also in US a lot of people are now aware of the ADR premium of over 100%. Cellular growth is likely to be limited this year in Korea. Very long term SKM is a buy. Short term we get an opportunity to buy at a better price. Good investing Jyoti
