couldn't agree with you more on this one Dan.....Bang for the buck....One question that I have regards engineering talent and how much is actually left at the firm...I have no doubt that MRVC has some GREAT engineering talent....However, with the expanded product line, more engineers will be necessary for product upgrades and design.....Just a point....I think MRVC made a killing with the deal...Great price and products that are good complements to their existing product line... How about taking some engineers from Ascend that have worthless options given to them at $80, $60, and $40...<g><g>..... Dan Ross
