Harry,

Just wanted to alert you to the fact that James Glavin, a director for IMNR, sold 20,000 shares between 12/1 and 12/4 between 12-13$, and still holds 110,527 common shares. I don't know further details, such as options yet available, or reasons for selling, but it probably is worth checking into.
