Sorry for confusing you, I thought you would know. Anyone who has ever depreciated investment real estate knows that buildings are defined as improvements. A calculation of how much total $ value of real property LOW IQ FatRump would have had to own during that period of time, to accrue over $1B in depreciation on just the improvements does not fit what is known about his holdings at the time. Fortunately, Maxine Waters has gotten a court to order LOW IQ FatRump to turn over his records, so we'll actually be able to verify whether he just pushed the envelope a little or pulled the numbers out of his LOW IQ FatRump.
