Mike: that bid is not comparable to a stock price. It means that somebody is willing to buy the debentures at a premium. In this case, somebody is offering to pay $23,000 for $20,000 face value of the convertible debentures. It is probably a cheap bid as nobody is selling at that price. Saverio
