* 1 STOCK - 1 WEEK * 01-20 Results I'm back.....It was not a good day to be short: all 4 shorts in the NSF column...but, lots of time left in the week. Alan lead us off with a very nice one day gain of 10%+...hard to top that anytime. The average share in our group was up nearly 63 cents and the group average share price was up over 2% for the day.....thanks in large part to the shorts since all the longs except Alan were up only fractionally. IMO, the next 2-3 days are critically important to where this market is headed...the DOW is back within striking distance of 8000 and the NASDAQ within 1600...but, it could, again, be a few days of euphoria followed by some big drops as fear sets in about the rest of the year.
