I see a vision of MRVC growing while under the arms and covers of INTC and other customers as an OEM (during which you are expected if not contractually bound to not "embarass" or "show-up" the larger co. by trumpeting to the world that you make their product), but at the same time preparing & beginnning to nurture its NBase brand name -- which at some point will be bale to stand on its own. After all, its a nice marketing tool to be able to say that you made/make the product for INTC & now are on your own. Similiar to what LexMark did w/ printers years ago when it spun off from IBM. They milked that connection for quite awhile. This aquisition gives MRVC complementary products, but it seems to also be giving them a substantial sales force & channel to push products it already has....and will have in the future... later
