Middle America/smaller towns USA/Trump Country seems should benefit the most over time? Timing of this next cycle could take a while. We haven't even begun the cleansing period in our largest coastal cities yet.. Lots of good points you make.. AM I wrong to look closely at Bay Area and Seattle housing markets as a leading indicator? I see no reason our current cycle still has years to run well into a second Trump term IF long term rates and oil prices remain low..
