Large dams. I think small scale and run of river still count. I don't know whether pumped hydro counts, but there will be a new off-stream dam (maybe) on the west side of the Valley. sitesproject.org

That could mean 70% carbon-free. AFAIK, our goal is zero emissions, not 100% renewable.
