There is a new article written by Armstrong on the P.E.I site pertaining to silver. If you have followed him for a couple of years he has been bearish on silver for a long time. Some of his reasons are given on the site now. If you click on the " Markets" you can view thier outlook for all the metals on a daily , weekly and monthly basis. They have now posted gold maybe setting an imporant low . They are not bearish for 1998 but see it really starting to rise coming out of 1998 and therafter.
