Rebecca, Thread-- A quick search of the Tetra Tech (WATR) thread will provide some interesting information. Personally, I would NEVER have thought of WATR as a buyer. It makes some sense, though, for TCIVA who actually own TCI Cable's interest in Antec. Skeptical as I usually am, I think this WATR deal sounds credible. As an ANTC shareholder it sounds beneficial. And as a TCIVA shareholder, I like it somewhat better. This is all subject to further disclosure of details. Regards, Paul
