A super high value R & D realm = human brain genetic engineering. It seems better communication and management was lacking. Maybe some ethics differences in primate research. Maybe some cash for intellectual property swindling. Maybe some mouse painting (A Korean long ago painted mice to get the experimental result he did get from the experiment). Murky. Not good. My preference is to not evict people for dopey reasons. Mqurice
