Kevin,

Why go to all the trouble of boiling the eggs?

One point about the lawsuits. Of course the planiff attorneys are going to do everything they can to make S3 look like they broil children alive and eat them with gleeful abandon. I'm sure the alleged charges are worse than the scum on Jerry Springer's soul that he sold to DAMIEN. In reality, the lawyers will have to prove deliberate intent to defraud. Now the sharks can easily prove arrogant stupidity, fatuous management and a corner on the moron chip market. However, I don't see them proving deliberate fraud. They'll make lofty, endlessly boring Russianesque speeches about integrity and do what lawyers do. When it comes down to it there will be a settlement. With historical proportion to spoils, the lawyers will buy bigger planes, the shareholders will go out and buy a can of the expensive tuna and that will be that. Next.

JMHO......

Onward,

George
