Financial Summary:

"The Company will achieve sales of over $4 million US as of January 31, 1997, Westrend's fiscal year end, and has targeted sales of over $31.0 million in 1998. The Company anticipates pre-tax profits of 20%-25%. Earnings per share are expected to be $0.38 Cdn for year ending January 31, 1999."

If the company can produce one quarter of positive earnings, WRN should attract an institutional following.
