For what its worth, I've met Mark Koz several times when he was with his previous company Futuretel. He struck me as someone very intelligent and completely driven by his love for technology. He gets excited talking about it. Most of it is over my head, but I have heard others (Outside Futuretel) call him a genius. As for Innovacom and the issue of how far along they are in development, I have no idea, but I do think that Mark is for real, and has a strong reputation in the area of MPEG development. I opened a small position in MPEG based on that. Hopefully things will become clearer soon.
