I agree with you. Since taking back the helm, Terry H. has made two good moves in a short period: selling 1/3 of USC and cutback of 15%. Expect more positive moves from him shortly even though there may also be some bad news which have already been discounted. Short-term, I expect the price to be $7-$8 (JMO.) We have seen the bottom for 1998.
