Best bets, third-time-arounders: JAII(1/23), ESCMF(1/26), OATS (1/26),MCK (1/26), SEBL (1/23), TXN (1/21), RON (1/30),SGP (1/23),NSS (1/20)ERTS (1/22)..

These companies have met or exceeded estimates in the last 2 quarters and I've played them both times. MCK is still doing phenomenally, acquiring everything around... ESCMF just bought LASRF and they have the best hair-removing system money can buy,

OATS, a long time favorite of mine is the second largest chain of natural-foods stores. third quarter revenue rose 33% to $80 million on a 5% gain in same-store sales, compared with the year-ago quarter.

Wild oats as well as Mckesson have aggressive expansion plans.. They expect revenue increases of 26% in both 1998 and 1999. Wild Oats, whose markets offer one-stop shopping for a wide range of natural and gourmet foods and supplements, grew revenue 95% in 1996, far outtpacing the industry leader, Whole Foods Markets. Wild Oats now has 50 stores in 11 states and plans to add a store a month in 1998. 37% earnings growth predicted in 1998.
