Hi Zead,
I sense ( as Ken so aptly assessed ) the marketing fulfilment that IOM has achieved.
The result is that they are the winner of a whole new category of consumable computer storage products.

They are IMO the epitome of the right place at the right time with the right products.

Without question in my mind one of the reasons that the hard drive industry has been having difficulty is at least partly due to the success of Iomega providing alternate means of storage. I have sold Zip and Jaz drives to many customers looking for more hard drive storage.

A lot of the people that have been around here awhile have known intuitively that this was the case.
In fact a lot of the old bears such as Ken ( one who has been at
odds with a few of the bulls here ) have given recognition of the achievements of Iomega.

Now for your question, I don't see a slow down or a build up of inventory.
However let me say that at some point I would expect the opposite to be the case at which point I expect price reductions to snare the next class of buyer.
