Penny resources stock- GSA/VSE Groundstar Resources. Website is www.groundstar-resources.com They have acquired an excellent property in Utah, a former mine (late 1800's) producing high grades of silver and copper. Apparently a report has been done by Watts Griffis and McQuat, the most prestigious consulting firm. Price has been creeping off the bottom, now trading in the .60's. As silver climbs this one will get a lot of interest.
