McGahn refused to answer a subpoena. The House needs to find him in contempt of Congress and then see if the bar let's him keep his law license. The fact that Trump ordered him to commit crimes and he didn't report it to Congress is appalling and again proves he shouldn't have a law license.

I got a kick out of Mueller saying he'll only answer questions about his report as if he gets to dictate the terms of his testimony. They ask questions, he answers them. That's how it works. He's weak and I think the press is finally picking up on it.
