Darleen/Jim. SEC rules say 4th Quarter or year end results must be released by 90 days after year end. This gives time for the year end audit and so on. This would make the latest the end of March 1998. Thereafter quarterly results must be released with 45 days of quarter's end so 1st quarter results will be announced by May 15th. Rob
