Aura is NOT selling, but I believe Aura's Management may be the key to Newcom success. Aura can't sell until one year after the Initial Public Offering. I agree that the fundamentals usually catch up and future news/reports should determine which direction the company is heading. Since Aura owns such a high stake in Newcom, they would benefit the most from a higher stock price. The company (Newcom) could limit Aura's position if they could exercise the warrents. That would increase the shares to roughly 12.3 Million shares, and Aura would now control approximately 60% of Newcom. I am using the number of 10.3 million shares outstanding (this is for the 300,000 shares for Joseph Charles's Over-allotment option). Aura would not need to sell shares, but their stake would decrease. This would allow Newcom's management to run independent, without the reliance of Aura. Eventually, I would like to see Aura stake reduced to below 30-40%. I think the key to this company is OEM contracts. As the company establishes itself, and continues to grow, then OEM should not be far away. The key to any stocks success is always outside interest. More buying than selling. With only ~2.3 million shares, the stock could move quickly in either direction. Lets hope it's up.
Does anyone on this thread have a broker from the Underwriter? If so, what do they think? I still feel that we're missing something!! This stock should have received some support. If you buy at these levels, you're almost buying at the IPO. Any comments. |
