Bought some WAB @62.35 and added some CTVA WI @ 27.25 ( blended) CTVA should start trading next Monday as regular stock. WAB has an EV value of ) $15.2B and adjusted EBITDA ( ha) if the merger had closed on Jan 1 of about $1.7B. Assuming the company can build on synergies and their end makers don’t fall apart, this is actually quite reasonable for a high quality ( bard on track record) industrial.
