I bought 2 Novartis shares on the Frankfurt Stock exchange today. The price was 3025 DM each, 0.3% higher than yesterday. A NVTSY ADR represents 1/20 of a Novartis share. Novartis was on my watch list for some time and it was recommended as one of the most promising european stocks for this year in B”rse Online one of the leading investing journals in germany. The german pharmas Schering up 4.5% and Schwarz Pharma up 4.15% went up much more today than Novartis. The german DAX index is currently down 0.5%. Andreas
