To All,
I just returned home after several days down in Mouse Town on business, and to my surprise I found a response from Ira regarding several questions which were faxed in last week. To me a very timely response. Since know one gave me any meaty question to ask, here is the companies response to some of those that have been batted around on the thread.
1 When do we expect the Miami office to open? FEBRUARY What is the address? ----

2 Can we have weekly updates on the Myriad deal? THE DEAL WILL CLOSE FEB. 1ST.

3 Can you explain how a company can do 1.7million and end up with 1.3in profit? IT IS NOT PROFIT. IT IS NET INCOME, CASH, RAISED FROM 504 SALE ETC..

4 Is the Audited Financial going to be completed on time? ACCOUNTANTS ARE WORKING ON THAT.

5 What is the status of the acquisition announced last OCT? PENDING

6 What kind of profit came from Myriad in 1997? 1.8 million

7 When exactly is the spot on Morton Downey Jr. being aired? FIRST WEEK OF FEB.

8 Was this a paid spot? OF COURSE

9 What are the time frames for additional openings in 1998? ON HOLD UNTIL ACQUISITION IS COMPLETED.

10 What is the reason for the switch in PR firms? THEY WERE TOO SMALL.

Its not much, but perhaps it will clear up a few unanswered questions. Some of which I'm sure will be addressed in the 100 + post I've got to now weed through. Good luck to all.
