If you see the stochastics of a stock approach zero, would it not by definition be the time to purchase the stock? Could you use the 'it can't go any lower' philosophy or would this not be valid?

One other thing. Are there any databases available (online) where you could do a search on stochastics of 20 or lower and have it give you a list of the hits? Someone out there is privy to this info.
