I would say the announcements are a result of actions taken by the company to replace those most responsible for not forseeing or avoiding the ODAC decision. I do see the second release as a positive however jury is still out untill the cause for the OADC decision has been addressed...Perhaps the outside clinical research group is the key, hopefully they are recognised by the FDA and a change would be positive.
