Bellvie, Good Post!!! FUR is also paired-share and HPRK is applying to re-instate it's status. RSE merging with CPI is a noteworthy event. I didn't post for 2 reasons. CPI is private and I don't know a thing about them and with a $4 billion dollar deal, the value of CPI is much more important than the paired- share status. I didn't have a computer for 4 days as I was trying to get something fixed. I'm curious how many other privately owned paired-share REIT's exist. Richard
