[ I believe Peskov. Putin knows it's important not to betray his cronies. Trump doesn't. That's why Manafort is in Rikers Island waiting to be charged for State of NY charges the President can't pardon. A Trump who didn't think betrayal was smart business would've gotten Manafort pardoned and sent somewhere overseas where the State of NY couldn't get him. ]
