PTOI's Mr. Heddle is at it again. It looks like the 10-K was filed yesterday. The processors still aren't fixed and still need Mr. Heddle's estimated $275k-$300k to repair. The $250k received as a loan from the two directors last August with the express purpose of repairing the processors, seems to have vanished into thin air. Mr. Heddle is still holding out his hand asking for more money as stated in the 10-K. Additionally while it was expressly stated that PTOI would start limited production and sales of fuel last August, the 10-K just announced another shift in the business plan where those limited fuel sales would no longer be pursued.

I think Mr. Heddle found a live one in Mr. Brain...can he swindle Mr. Brain out of even more money or is Mr. Brain starting to wise up?? From when Mr. Brain was posting on the message boards before Mr. Heddle tapped him to be a director, Mr. Brain was clearly hard-headed and refused to believe PTOI was a scam. It would be interesting to know if he's still a 100% believer in PTOI or if he's starting to have some reservations.
