The co. verified the number of shareholders, certs are documented in chronological and numerical order, cert #'s and dates, anybody who does not provide this data is thrown off the list.
As far as your information, you demonstrate you are on a 'misimformation' campaign, or have no ability to gather information, another reason we have chosen to go underground. The merger & money will be completed by the end of the month, as per the deadline of the extension from the 8K, the bottling facililties will be completed in 8wks, not 4 months to meet the demand for $30MM in backorders, look for a couple extra surprises the co. has up its' sleeve!
