Hi Martin,
NAMX has opened up a lease field in Nebraska and has nine wells pumping gas into a KNE pipeline collection system that KNE hooked up per agreement. The gas is metered and bought by KNE which if you check them out is a huge company. So NAMX has revenue and doesn't have to sell stock anymore for capital. They will start another 14 wells at Nebraska site Feb.-March with possibly more after that. The reserves for the gas find are estimated at 50 billion cubic feet, revenue for a long time.
NAMX is also expected to announce (finally) an agreement with UPR (biggest exploration company in north america) to do exploration on their land for gas to supply the Helium Liquification plant UPR and Praxair (largest helium products supplier in world) is building in southeastern Colorodo right now. Plant should be finished and online for production around July-Sept. (was supposed to be June but rumors of delays).
NAMX is also negotiating with Burlington Resources for a lease agreement on 5000 sq. miles of their land. No news on progress. Rumor of negotiations with biggest Russian oil/gas company (forgot name) but red tape, state dept. government involvement so it will take time if it comes through. More possibilities with other countries also. NAMX recently announced they have obtained world wide rights to use the EM-Sounder technology for finding gas/oil/diamonds/etc.
NAMX has announced their intention of being a 12g (whatever that is) reporting company in next quarter. We don't have any financials now on the company or know the float or shares issued. Speculation is rampant. We think the float is probobly large judging from the sluggishness of the stock on high volume mostly buying days. The shares authorized we know from stock certificates is 200 million.
Some of us think that NAMX has a real shot at being huge in 3-5 years. With so much work ahead they will have huge revenue once they have developed some of the fields they will have access to. The risk is still high and we could lose our gain any time someone steps in and dumps their stock they got from a past financing deal. We don't know whats out there.
That's pretty close to all I know right now. We are cautiously optimistic. It always feels good when your stock is going up!

Have a great day,

Bob
