No. However, it seems to be nearing final form and should be submitted to a vote within a couple years. Note that this is a continuation of the committee that developed the ANSI SQL2 standard. A previous chairman (for quite some time, until about 3-4 years ago) was Roger Sippl, when he was with Informix.
