I have to be more conservative than you and Kevin

so I probably wont step in..since MSFT comes out today and I think it is possible to go below that channel...of course time and time again we see overreaction with a snap back...

so it makes sense to play it...I just cant...

also, we have a big gap down..(and IBM is not open yet) especially on the futures..so the tendency there is to snap back as well from that...except maybe not on an earnings day of two NYSE stocks that are downgraded...and a market that looked oversold..at least to my eyeball...

Dont know where kevin is...he doesnt keep me informed anymore of his whereabouts ..even though I ask, of course;-)

estimates, but up from year ago $0.25 a share on revenue decline of 1.3%...

Compaq (CPQ) 29 3/4: Reports 4Q diluted earnings of $0.84 a share, in line with the Zacks estimate (diluted) but a penny
above First Call, and up from year ago $0.63 on revenue gain of 22.6%...
