Marty....Thanks for the info. regarding Deloitte & Touche. I was told by a D&T representative that a Mr. Bill Searight was the person to contact regarding NAMX. He can be reached in the Dallas office at 214-777-7503. I would suggest calling him and getting some answers about the 'supposed' auditing.
You also stated awhile back: "Without question, I am the most bullish person regarding this company. NAMX is a
little company with a very big technology. I like everything about this company right
now. Its management. Its connctions. Its technolgy. Its attitude. Right now, the major
critique against them has been the potential for dilution. We will find out in April. We
have been told that dilution is not a problem by the company. That remains to be seen." I think the BIGGEST obstacle NAMX is facing right now is 'dilution'. In the beginning, there were numerous reports that there were about 18 million outstanding shares. The rumor now appears to be that there are about 180 million. That is over a 2000% increase in a little over 15 months. In other words, that's over a 2000% decrease in shareholder value. Keep in mind, if the stock sat at .10 with 18 million shares outstanding, the stock could realistically be sitting at $2.00 instead of .20 cents. However, since the outstanding shares seem to have increased by such a large amount, is probably the MAIN reason NAMX is trading @ two dimes instead of two dollars.
For the company to state that "dilution is not a problem" is absolutely ridiculous! Matter of fact, it is their BIGGEST problem. It is also the SHAREHOLDER's biggest problem. And as I've said before, these shares just didn't ~magically~ appear there. They were put there by SOMEONE! Who have they issued these shares to? Themselves? Friends? Business associates? Family members? As a larege shareholder of this company, you damn sure have the right to ask and get answers. I damn sure would be!
Also, I was wondering why KNE has not come out with a press release regarding the gas they're metering from NAMX. If the gas is going to 'supposedly' have a direct effect on their bottom line, then why in the world wouldn't they state this. KNE is a publicly traded company, and any extra income they obtain from other sources would be a definite plus, not only for them, but more importantly their shareholders. I would think that there would be only two possible scenarios. (1) It simply slipped their mind (2) The gas is not substantial enough to warrant a release. Do you have any idea?
