Lightbridge Wins Awards From the Society for Technical Communication
BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 21, 1998--Lightbridge, Inc. (NASDAQ:LTBG - news), a leading provider of customer acquisition and retention solutions for the global telecommunications industry, has received two major awards for technical writing from the Boston and Northern New England chapters of the Society for Technical Communication (STC).
The Lightbridge POPS Quick Reference Card for AT&T Wireless Services, created by Doug MacMillan with Dorothy Karaus of Active Image, received the award of Distinguished Technical Communication, the highest award given in the hardware and software quick reference materials category. The POPS Quick Reference Card is now eligible for consideration at the STC's international competition. Lightbridge's Activation Center User's Guide, written for AT&T Wireless Services by George Horesta, received an award of Merit in the category of software user guides for command or character-based applications or systems.
