Further updates. Veeco placed their first order today for one t2000, one t2000w, and one t3000w. Also, as to last quarter, only 6 t2000's were sold. There were no sales of any other laser machines in the Q. Obviously the balancing side of the bus is doing quite well. Regards, Steve Bell P.S.
