Still holding a good chunk of CY and trying to think through what to do. There is still at least $1.70 or about 8% upside to the takeover price of $23.85. In addition, there are 2 dividend payments, with the first one on 6/26. I have read elsewhere that the gap in price is do to some concerns that the deal will actually close. I guess there is a chance of a bidding war but I am certainly not going to assume that there is going to be one. Pretty sure I will be selling before the dividend payment but looking for others thoughts. TIA
