Congrats. That's a good deal. Helps to be in a state producing lots of natural gas and/or a nearby state with excellent pipeline access. Also the cost advantage only gets more valuable as winter temps get colder. Have seen examples of free or very low price gas grandfathered into residential property deeds for homes in with a nearby producing gas well. Rare, except for local areas in a few states. Iso
