5 or 6 of those 10 cheapest are across the northern tier. Things are going to be mighty rough up there so those states might as well be off the list...don't move there.
The pipelines all around my are are being replaced right now.
CO is 14th cheapest on the list.
So a shiny new system, cheap gas and all the other reasons I've listed before to move here.
