If you like where you are? That's great. Doesn't mean it and one other area 40 miles away are the only highly attractive locations...)))

Leaving aside where I live, some locations in other temperate states are as, or more, attractive than where you've chosen to locate. Personally, know individuals in those states. They're more experienced and better informed that you are about their locations. And about prepping criteria, about which you've only begun to learn by doing. That takes a lot more effort than posting somebody's else's videos, but it's what matters most in the long term.

Honestly surprised that, either you don't know very many people doing this, or you're convinced only your opinion is right. Not a healthy attitude, Doug. But like me, these folks won't going to waste time arguing with you. What's to be gained other than a few rec's on a dying website.

You're welcome to the last word if that's important to you? Oh and BTW. Will still rec. the videos and better evidenced opinions you post.
