Re ELNK, I'm a little surprised that the ISPs haven't reacted at all to the announcements out of CPQ/INTC/MSFT & RBOCs about ADSL service. ELNK is now valued at over $1000 per subscriber based on Sept. #s and is still 3-4 qtrs away from breaking even. Also, while MSPG is expected to show a profit for last qtr and NETC was at least EBITDA positive, ELNK showed EBITDA of -$4.3mm on $20.6mm of revenue for Sept. The only explanation I can think of for ELNK's valuation is that they are better at getting on CNBC than other ISPs.

Anyone have thoughts on the ADSL threat (if any)?

Bob
