Trump simply backed down due to Congressional opposition. Mexico isn't obligated to do anything they weren't doing to begin with.

If Trump wanted to lower illegal immigation, he'd STOP HIRING ILLEGALS and use E-Verify. But he really doesn't give a shit. He just wants to keep you idiots stirred up.
