The directors of a company should have skills and knowledge complementary to the needs of the company . Our board is and has been lacking . It is tied in to the claim of not being responsible to share holders . Some start ups in the US have Name CEO's invited in at crucial moments in their history just to handle these times of transition . Our board has " hand of rog " all over it .
