63 to 72 is not a small waiting period.. You may find giving up 9 of your remaining years of active lifestyle acceptable to live in a Large C regime.. Not I.. I am 63.. work physically like a 35-40 years old who is in shape.. I WILL NOT GIVE THAT UP.. I work hard to be that way.. Just moved 3 400lb concrete garbage cans with my boy by hand.. re-purposing them into a retaining wall at my large garden plot.. (sustainability and all that) 9 year wait is NOT reasonable nor short.. If you have public health care.. make it work.. if not.. well you know how goes..most just suffer and die due to lack of funds.. Couple of months for a knee replacement.. fine Now I am of to soak in my epsom salts bubble bath.. relax and catch some Netflix..
