MIKLEDS : This rumor 1st surfaced months ago and don't believe there is much to it. Don't really know how one would go about verifying such an allegation. Stock has not reacted to original rumor and don't believe AG Edwards just heard of it yesterday. As a matter of fact, the stock has been acting quite nicely. Would like to see price dip so I can repurchase my trading position but don't believe price will retreat to 5 5/8 or under. Any truth to the rumor would not be good for the stock though. RFB
